Do you have studios to rent for personal and professional use?
Yes, if you need to rent a studio with full production equipment & labor to start your own podcast, or just rent the space and bring your team to record, we can do it and everything in between.
Do you have audio and video capabilities for podcasting?
Yes! We can accommodate multiple cameras and microphones for multiple guests, or set you up as the the star of the show.
I see you have a large recording room and a small recording booth, how do I know what size I need?
For two or more people you will need the large recording studio. The small booth works great for voiceovers, individual artists or if you are recording your own solo episode.
Do you provide editing services?
Yes! We can edit as much or as little as you need. We can edit the entire podcast and create social clips, or hand over RAWs if you or your team are capable of editing. Our turnaround time is quick and efficient.
Are you able to help with posting on Youtube and podcast streaming platforms?
Yes! We provide YouTube distribution services and can get you set up on all streaming platforms. We can also help manage your social media platforms and provide social media clips to help promote your show.

Do you have photographers on site?
Yes! Erin and her team are ready to capture the best moments, and even some behind the scenes! If you need headshots for yourself or your team, a podcast cover image shoot, merchandising photos or family Christmas card photos, we can do it all!
Can I book the space and bring my own photographer?
Yes! Our team will prepare the space for you! We have multiple color backdrop options, and lounge furniture for a more casual shoot.
Can I book an on-location photo shoot?
Yes! The Cast Collective team can travel to wherever you need them! And of course we’ll bring all our best equipment with us. We offer graduation photo packages, proposal shoots and more.
I need content, how can you help?
We can help you with content in any form. If you need content as a brand ambassador, for a model portfolio, for your own clothing company or just a headshot for your profile, we can help you plan, capture, and edit whatever you need.
I see that you do real estate photography, can I book for a private residence?
Whether you are selling your own home, posting an Airbnb or work for a real estate company, we are happy to capture a home in all its glory.

What kind of events do you host at The Cast Collective?
We have done everything from weddings, wedding receptions, engagement parties, birthdays, graduations, baby showers, brunches, corporate events, writers’ rounds, artist meet & greets, and panel presentations. We are happy to host all ages, races, genders, religions, etc!
What makes your venue unique?
Hosting at The Cast Collective allows you to take reigns over any and all aspects of your event. If you want us to help plan your event and coordinate with vendors, or if you just want to book the space and take care of the details yourself, we are happy to do either. Our venue is also unique because it is on Music Row, which is the section of Nashville where some of your favorite country artists’ record labels, recording studios and music publishers are located!
Do I have to use your vendors or can I bring my own stuff?
What makes our venue great is that there are no mandatory vendors. If you want us to handle the tables and chairs, but you bring your own food that works! Or if you want us to provide our recommendations, we would be happy to help. We are flexible with how little or how much we help make your event come together when renting our venue. You can make your event as simple or extravagant as you want.
*If alcohol is served there must be an ABC licensed bartender to serve.
How big is the space?
If you would like to stop by to tour the venue we would love to go over details and possible layouts of the space. Our venue can host up to 50 seated guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 100 guests for a cocktail-style event. Do you have tables, chairs, glassware and linens?
Yes, we can provide on-site rentals such as: 6ft tables, pop-up chairs, champagne coups, champagne flutes, table linens, cocktail tables, picnic tables & cushions, upholstered furniture, flameless candles, flower vases and more. Our venue includes a kitchenette that has a refrigerator, sink, microwave and dishwasher only.
Do you have parking?
Yes! We have a private, back parking lot that is great for vendors and clients. We always suggest that your guests ride share as we can only accommodate up to 12 cars in the lot at a time.
*We do share parking lots with our next-door neighbors, so there are around 40 spots within walking distance to the venue.
